When the police investigated the violation of traffic rules, they found out that a man surnamed Chen had taken the car from the car owner, Qian, on rent. Chen told the police that he rented the car only for an acquaintance, Zhu.

Chen said that it was Zhu who drove the car, Global Times reported. The cops then interrogated Zhu who confessed the reason behind his irrational behaviour. He said that he was pursuing a woman named Lou for a long time. Lou agreed to go out with him only if he helped her get revenge from Qian in this manner. It later turned out that Lou and Qian had dated before and Qian had broken up with her for another woman. This bothered Lou and she convinced Zhu to rent Qian's car to take revenge on him. Last month, a woman set his ex-boyfriend's bike on fire to take revenge on him in Bangkok, Thailand. The incident was captured on the CCTV camera. The firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze within 10 minutes and stop it from spreading into other parts of the building. Fortunately, no injuries were reported due to the incident. "She wanted to take revenge on the school officer by burning the motorcycle which was a gift for him. The cause was emotional, she was angry," a police officer said.
